Hi Chris,
I’m an interested writer of various features especially social issues and you are one guy who inspires me since I’m a marketer too. I see writing as a way that can provide me with an extra activity as well as an income. My challenge is to find someone to prove whether my idea of a social writer and mentor me to multi-task as a writer and a marketer.
Regards.
Shoot me 200 words Mutai, and I’ll try to give you objective comment. Chris
Hi Benson, I would advise mocking up some pack designs and taking them round salons on a saturday. Invite the ladies to contribute their ideas to a finished design. try some with models, some withoiut. try to decide whom your target market is – ‘women’ is not a well-defined group. Think about age and income. Find out what matters to them. Best of luck – you are practising marketing for real! Chris
Thanks for making Marketing an Interesting read.
I always hooked.
Hi Chris,
Great to see your valuable contribution in the New Vision Uganda.
I enjoyed so much to your recent article on ‘EQ for Africa’, and on certain agencies needing to ‘engage us on an emotional level’
Looking forward to more gems!
Regards
Cheers Paul, any marketing stories you think I should cover let me know. I’m now in Business Vision too! Hope all well.
